Reiki I Class
Fee: $250
No previous experience is necessary for Reiki I. This is an enjoyable, hands-on, eight-hour training that provides an understanding of Reiki and its benefits for you and those around you.
Elements covered in this class include:
- The Reiki Precepts, integrating awareness into daily life
- A brief history of Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki
- An explanation of the three levels of Reiki
- Reiki lineage
- Four Reiki I Attunements
- Three Pillars of Reiki
- Ample time for hands-on practice of the Reiki hand positions for yourself and others
- Reiki I Manual
- Reiki I Certificate of Completion
Energetic healing modalities are most easily learned experientially. Although lecture and handout materials will be components of the our class time together, there are large blocks of time for hands-on practice to more fully integrate this course of study.
Upon completing this Reiki I Certification, you will have all the necessary tools to develop your own personal Reiki practice.
